We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a fair, lawful, and

transparent manner — particularly given that our Service involves machine learning and

automated text analysis of documents that may contain sensitive personal data.

 Uploaded documents (contracts or related text)

 Personal details (e.g., name, email, organization)

 Communication or support requests

b) Sensitive Data

Your uploaded contracts may include sensitive data, such as:

 Employment terms

 Health or insurance information

 Financial or immigration details

We process such data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, and with your

explicit consent upon upload.

c) Automatically Collected Information

We collect standard technical data such as:

 IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs;

 Interaction data (pages viewed, time spent, etc.);

 Cookies and analytics for system improvement and security.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to:

 Provide and improve our ML-based contract analysis;

 Operate, maintain, and secure the platform;

 Respond to inquiries and provide user support;

 Conduct limited algorithmic learning or model fine-tuning (only on anonymized or

aggregated data, and never on identifiable contract data without consent);

 Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

 Contract performance (to provide requested services);

 Outputs from our system are automatically generated by machine learning models.

 No fully automated decision has legal or significant effects without human oversight.

 Uploaded documents are stored temporarily and deleted within 90 days after

processing, unless explicitly retained by you.

 System logs and analytics may be retained longer for operational or security purposes,

but will be anonymized wherever possible.

We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256), HTTPS/TLS secure transmission,

firewalls, and access controls.

Despite these measures, no online platform is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you

submit data at your own risk.

8. Data Sharing & Third Parties

 Hosting and cloud providers (for storage and computation);

 AI infrastructure providers strictly bound by confidentiality;
