It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon

as such.

All outputs are generated by algorithms and may contain inaccuracies or incomplete

interpretations. You are advised to review all results manually and seek professional

guidance before acting on them.

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

 Provide accurate and lawful information;

 Upload only documents that you have the right and authority to submit;

 Avoid uploading materials that contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or offensive

content;

 Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Service;

 Comply with all applicable data protection, confidentiality, and export control laws.

4. User Content & Sensitive Data

 You may upload contracts or related documents (“User Content”) that may contain

sensitive or personal information, including but not limited to employment, health, or

immigration details.

 You retain full ownership of your User Content.

 By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to process,

analyze, and temporarily store your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

 We will not use User Content for marketing or unrelated training without your explicit

consent.

 All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are deleted from our servers within

90 days unless required for system integrity or legal compliance.

5. AI & Automated Decision-Making Disclaimer

 The Service relies on automated algorithms that analyze language patterns in

contracts.

 These algorithms may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased results.

 You understand and agree that automated outputs are machine-generated and should

not be treated as definitive or authoritative.

 We are not responsible for any actions taken (or not taken) based on automated

results.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, models, algorithms, software, and visual content on the Site belong

to the Company or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We treat your documents and data as confidential and process them in accordance with our

Privacy Policy.
